Hi all
We have developed an application that runs (for security reasons) as Windows Service. The service is configured to run under a user account with administrator priviledges. Among other features, our application responds to telephone calls using TAPI. We recently also included SAPI for the caller to speak an entry, rather than to dial a key on his phone pad.
With XP all runs smoothly, but when we run our application with VISTA we get an error: SPERR_NOT_ACTIVE_SESSION 0x80045063 -2147200925
Neither audio output nor input is supported for non-active console sessions
If we run our application in normal user mode, it works.
Hence my question: Is it possible to run a SAPI application as a Windows service in VISTA ?
Thank you for every hint...
Rds Marc
